We are seeking an experienced and proven Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading specialist within property management. If you can demonstrate that you have a background in meeting regular KPI’s and have a strong desire to break into this rewarding marketplace, then you could be perfect for my client.
In the Business Development Manager role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with property owner organisations. You will be achieving this through attending networking events and effectively utilising LinkedIn, along with other social media platforms.
Specific tasks include:
- Generating new business
- Updating the CRM system
- Ensuring a smooth transition of clients to the Account Management team
- Creating and sending proposals
This position is based in the company’s London office, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply. You will also be expected to attend regular visits to potential clients.
To be the right person for this Business Development Manager role, you will need a proven track record of meeting regular KPI’s and targets. You will ideally have sold a service or concept in the past.
We also need you to have prior experience of confidently liaising and communicating with clients as well as generating new business and increasing company revenue.
It’s important that you also have the following:
- Exceptional communication skills
- A real determination to exceed company targets
- Good IT and organisational skills
- Excellent at negotiating and time management

The basic salary for the Business Development Manager role is up to £30,000.
In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus of up to £20,000 should you hit your personal targets.
