We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to work for our client.
They are a company who since 2008 have specialised in selling corporate training courses.
They want to recruit someone with a demonstrable background in selling L&D or have sold into HR departments.
If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for.
The Business Development Manager role will be a hybrid role so you will need to work occasionally from their London offices.
You’ll be primarily responsible for growing the corporate side of the business by working closely with larger clients as well as prospecting for new business across the UK..
You’ll be driven to achieve and exceed targets through highly consultative sales.
The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have a relevant background in selling training programme’s or similar services into HR departments.
You’ll also need experience of growing the corporate side of a business and maximizing client accounts.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
- An authentic approach to help grow the business
- Excellent organisational skills
- A career hungry attitude
It is essential for you to be commercially driven.

Basic salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
