We are seeking to recruit a consultative Field-Based Business Development Manager for a UK Leading Engineering Solution company that specialise in providing a wide variety of engineering solutions into the Automotive & Manufacturing industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and the management of new business by building relationships and networking with companies within the Automotive & Manufacturing Sector (OEM’s, Machine Builder’s, System Integrators etc.) to qualify, develop and convert opportunities across the UK.
Managing the sales process from start to finish you will be responsible for producing 100% new business predominantly but you will also be required to manage and nurture existing accounts.
The perfect candidate for the Business Development Manager position will ideally have a good understanding of the Automotive or Manufacturing Industry and be looking for their next move within this industry.
You will need to have proven experience selling an engineering solution service into the Automotive & Manufacturing Sector and preferably have business relationships within this sector already established.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will also be consultative and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.
Based in Worcestershire, the company was established in the 1960’s. They are a very well –established company, and they can offer stability and support for the right candidate.
The Basic Salary for the Business Development Manager is within a range of £25,000 – £35,000 dependant on experience, with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 (uncapped)
