Due to expansion, our client is looking for a field based Business Development Manager to work on a national basis revolutionising the way that event organisers promote their events and engage with participants.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Field Based Business Development Manager to generate new business within the sports and event industry. Predominantly, the main purpose of the role will be to sign up companies to use my client’s platform which would enable the businesses to promote their events.
You will be expected to produce new business as well as maintaining existing business and continually endorse the company’s fantastic reputation.
The perfect candidate for the Business Development Manager position will have the following qualities and experience:
- Strong Business Development skills
- A proven track record of hitting set targets/KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
- A drive for success
- Familiarity of the sporting event industry.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, well-presented and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best experience to every client you are dealing with.
Based in Luton and recently established, this company is rapidly expanding! The company’s main aim is to revolutionise the way that event organisers promote their event and engage with their participants.

The basic salary for the Business Development Manager is within a range of £25,000 – £30,000 per year dependant on experience, OTE £100k+ (Uncapped) and all fuel expenses are covered. This is an extremely exciting opportunity and the benefits are endless.
