This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and energetic IT Contract Recruitment Agency that’s at the forefront of the sector.

Based in the company’s Sutton Coldfield office, the Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and winning new IT contract work with businesses throughout the UK.

Specific responsibilities include:

– Identifying potential opportunities and making initial contact to key decision makers

– Presenting Coburg Banks as the best option to fill their IT contract recruitment needs

– Taking initial details of their requirements and presenting these to the internal resourcing team

– Negotiating rates

To be considered for the Business Development Manager role, you ideally will possess direct experience of winning business with SME’s.

In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:

– Outstanding business development skills

– Excellent rapport building skills, and experience of networking

– A solid understanding of IT

– Good teamwork skills

You could be a great fit for the role if you can prove that you can source, develop and win new business with companies throughout the UK.

It is likely you will have previous experience in one of the following roles;
Business Development Manager, Sales Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or Sales Executive

The basic salary for the Business Development Manager position is up to £35,000 per annum for the perfect candidate. In addition, if you hit your personal targets, you’ll earn another £30,000 per annum.
