Location: London – with travel throughout

Due to continual growth and development, our client are looking for an experience Business Development Manager working within key geographic areas in the London borough

The Position:
Due to continual growth and development, an opportunity has arisen to appoint two qualified and experienced professionals to the role of Development Manager working within key geographic areas, linked to existing services.

This role will require exceptional writing skills to a level of producing tenders, service proposals, progress reports, and strong communication skills in all forms. You will support the local teams to identify and secure high quality accommodation for new services working alongside existing and new housing partners.

The Person:
You will need to be proficient in project management, with an ability to manage a complex and varied workload. You will have the aptitude and willingness to learn quickly and apply learning in a variety of circumstances.

Your ability to work effectively within a team will ensure seamless service delivery as developments come on stream. As well as being a determined team player you will also be capable of working independently and using your own initiative.

You must come from a social care background, preferably with a relevant care qualification as you will also be acting as a support mechanism to care managers in different service.
