Development Manager (Manchester) – Learning Disabilities
£26k to £30k (plus mileage)
40 Hours Monday to Friday (flexible)
As the Development Manager your main responsibility will be developing new supported living services across the Manchester area. You must have experience of working within the health and social care sector as a Business Development Manager. The role will involve negotiating and managing contracts for health care services and proposing and developing strategic plans. Your main responsibility will be to promote the new service development and the commissioning of the new services.
As the Development Manager is it essential that you have worked within the health care sector before and have strong experience of developing and growing new businesses. Your main responsibility will be to promote the companies vision and also been able to come up with innovative ideas to move the new supported living services forward. You must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle for this position.
– Proposing and developing new strategic plans
– Creating and developing effective performance management systems for different services
– Promoting and developing the new services within the Manchester area
– Providing excellent communication and leadership skills
– Liaising with other supported living departments and managers within the organisation
