Business Development Manager
Private Home Care Company
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
Location: Central London
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager based in Central London working for one the UK’s leading home care providers.
This is a new position which has been created to accommodate our clients organic growth throughout UK. The Business Development Manager will focus on developing relationships with health care professionals, local businesses and communities.
Performance will be measured by the generation of referrals and sales from these relationships against targets set with support provided as required from central business development and marketing.
• Raising corporate awareness through marketing and networking activities.
• Developing new relationships with health care professionals, local business contacts and the wider community.
• Generating referrals and sales from relationships developed.
• Support with maintaining existing relationships
• Supporting central business development and marketing activities.
• The Business Development Manager is accountable to the Corporate & Strategic Development Director
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with an understanding of the social care sector, the drive to continually exceed targets and consistently over deliver. Preferably you degree or equivalent qualified with a proven track record in business development.
Ideally you will experience have working within a similar environment selling care services to both the private and public sector; however, you we would also consider applicants with a pharmaceutical sales background.
