This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with experience of seelling software into the banking and finance sector to join a major International Software company. This position will focus on their highly innovative global desktop shipping software which already has an excellent reputation. Although the company are based in Birmingham and you will be expected to be in the office some of the time they are very flexible on where you are located.
This is a new business sales role primarily focusing on selling their global shipping software into the banking and finance sector which isused for sending and tracking confidential documentation internationaly.
Mainly communicating at C and Director level you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
You will have internal resources such as Pre-sales, Technical and Marketing at your disposal throughout the sales process. The majority of your leads will be provided by a dedicated team.
Our client requires someone who has a proven track record of Business Development Sales of software into the finance and banking sectors. As the role will cover the UK and EMEA so you must be willing to travel.
You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to sell a software solution at a Senior Director / C-level. You will have the breadth and versatility to function at both strategic and tactical level.
You will be highly creative and forward thinking and at the same time very organised in terms of setting priorities and time management.
