Role: Business Development Manager
Location: M4 Corridor
Salary: c£28K + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
Role:
- Working closely with the Group Sales and Marketing Director to identify and grow new business opportunities.
- Working with the Group’s management team to development existing business
- Develop strategic relationships to grow the business
- Build customer relationships with new clients
- Business development planning and contract bids
- Forecasting sales targets and ensuring delivery
- Attending industry functions and trade shows
- Identify opportunities for new products and services
- Providing Market feedback to the management team
- Taking ownership of the management of the sales and marketing function
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth plans
- Planning and co-ordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
Person:
- At least 5 years Business Development/Field Sales/Sales Experience within the Services Sector
- Territory Management Experience
- Route Planning
- Strong focus on the customer and developing and nurturing the account
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills
Package:
- Basic Salary c£28K + Uncapped Commission, excellent OTE based on success
