Role: Business Development Manager

Location: M4 Corridor

Salary: c£28K + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits


  • Working closely with the Group Sales and Marketing Director to identify and grow new business opportunities.
  • Working with the Group’s management team to development existing business
  • Develop strategic relationships to grow the business
  • Build customer relationships with new clients
  • Business development planning and contract bids
  • Forecasting sales targets and ensuring delivery
  • Attending industry functions and trade shows
  • Identify opportunities for new products and services
  • Providing Market feedback to the management team
  • Taking ownership of the management of the sales and marketing function
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth plans
  • Planning and co-ordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets


  • At least 5 years Business Development/Field Sales/Sales Experience within the Services Sector
  • Territory Management Experience
  • Route Planning
  • Strong focus on the customer and developing and nurturing the account
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills


  • Basic Salary c£28K + Uncapped Commission, excellent OTE based on success
  • Company Car + Fuel Card (Private & Business)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension (after 12 months)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Full training
