We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Car Sales Executive to join one of the biggest and most successful Dealer Groups in the North. You would be joining a business with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, and would receive industry leading training within the company’s purpose-built Learning & Development Training Academy.
This is a full-time permanent role based at the company’s Toyota dealership in Altrincham. Offering a starting salary of £20,000, rising to £25,000, with realistic OTE up to £55,000, plus a range of benefits including company car, a flexible workplace pension scheme, ongoing training and career development opportunities, plus a fantastic range of rewards and recognition.

The Role
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles
- Follow the Group’s robust enquiry handling and follow up processes to increase new sales
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of your products
- Handle all customer queries and complaints to ensure full resolution
- Keep ahead of the game with your products, services, and the marketplace, industry trends and competitor activities
- Providing feedback and insights to improve sales and marketing strategies

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be target driven, bright and confident, and highly motivated. You’ll be a quick thinker and a team player, with excellent communication skills. Strong fact finding and questioning skills are essential.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to self-generate new business, handling objections confidently and effectively, plus build and maintain relationships and build rapport with customers. We’re keen to see self-starters with lots of enthusiasm who love working as part of a team.
