We’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to work for our client.

They want to recruit an enthusiastic salesperson with strong negotiation skills, preferably with experience of car sales, although they would also consider recent graduates with limited sales experience.

The Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director and based in the company’s London office, as the Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for sourcing and selling used cars into international buyers.

You’ll also be tasked with the following:

– Sourcing opportunities through calling, networking and using social media

– Handling all incoming enquiries in a timely fashion

– Sourcing appropriate vehicles and negotiating a price with sellers

– Selling the company’s services, overcoming objections and closing the sale

– Arranging payments both with the buyers and sellers of the vehicles

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive role will have demonstrable, relevant experience of car sales ideally.

You’ll also need experience of developing a pipeline and negotiating a deal with buyers and sellers.

You will also need to be the following:

– Self sufficient

– Extremely persuasive

– Able to multi-task

– Target driven

The Package:

Basic Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum for the ideal candidate.

Bonus: Bonuses/Commission of up to £8,000 (open ended) is also available if you hit your personal targets.

Additional benefits: Pension and 28 days holiday.

The business you’ll be working for is an international car trading business, buying cars from the UK and selling and supplying them overseas into dealerships primarily.

The company have generated over £1 million in sales whilst also selling over 300 cars in the past 2 years and are now entering a growth stage in their development.
