Domiciliary Care Provider
Must have a driver’s license (preferably with own car, but not essential)
We are currently seeking experienced Homecare Support Workers to support vulnerable adults in the community.
Our client, an established homecare provider who deliver support to vulnerable adults and children with a range on disabilities in their own home.
As a homecare support worker, you will deliver a high standard of care and support to individuals with a variety of conditions; disability, mental health issues and elderly service users within their own homes.
We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people who are able to engage with the clients and understand their needs / requirements.
The right candidate will be a committed to be providing outstanding care and flexible regards to shifts as you will be required to work alternative weekend.
Experience would be a benefit, but is not essential as full training will be provided for candidates displaying the right attitude and a caring ethos.
A small family run business established for 13 years, providing high standards of care and support to service users within their own homes to enable them to maintain their independence. As a family run business they take pride in knowing their clients on a personal level, enabling them to provide a level of care that is better tailored to that individual.
The basic salary for this role is £7.25 an hour; there are generous allowances for mileage and premium hours. There are opportunities for overtime available.
