I’m looking for somebody with Customer service and Sales experience who’s looking for a new career. You’ll be enthusiastic, driven and keen to work your way up within an organization. This post is working as a care coordinator within a care company – you’ll be coordinating the schedule of carers vising clients in their own homes.
- Completing the rotas for all care staff
- You’ll support the branch manager in the development of the business
- Deal with any day to day issues,
- Cover staff absences
- You’ll need some experience of working within customer service and sales – retail experience lends particularly well
- You’ll have worked to targets and KPI’s previously ad will be able to work of your own initiative and be self-motivated
- You’ll be keen to lean a new industry sector, undertake qualifications (paid for by the company) and want to develop your own career up to management in the future
