The Role
We are working with a client in the Tipton area that is currently recruiting for a Care Co-ordinator to join their established team. You will also be responsible for delivering care and report to the Registered Manager. This role is Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and alternate weekends.
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Experienced Care Co-ordinator with 2 years’ experience
* Able to deliver hand on Care
* Experienced in scheduling the weekly rota
The Person
The successful person must have previous Care Co-ordinating experience and be able to deliver hands on care as and when required. You will need to have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and knowledge of CM2000 and Tagtronics is advantageous. This is a very busy domiciliary agency delivering over 3000 hours of care a week.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential you hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
