The Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
  • Oversee a team of support staff, ensuring all client calls are covered and attended
  • Organise rotas by effectively matching support workers with clients
  • Keep the online scheduling system up-to-date
  • Participate in holding the on-call phone

The Candidate:
For the Care Coordinator role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in scheduling
  • A solid understanding of domiciliary care
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent communication skills

The Role
You’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. You’ll aim to provide clients with expert legal advice and help them with all financial management matters, from planning and investments, to tax returns and accounting. Conveyancing Assistant

One of the UK’s largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant, ideally with property / conveyancing experience and perhaps currently working towards a relevant legal qualification such as ILEX, CLC or similar.

The Role
You’ll be a key member of the national Client Services team, providing conveyancing admin support to fee earner colleagues (southern based) to allow them to provide quality legal advice and an exceptional conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement service to clients. You would assist fee-earners with managing their caseloads of purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold enfranchisement and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties. - Dealing with client handling and case management effectively and efficiently.
- Supporting conveyancing tasks for fee earners including, but not limited to:
- Complete file openings and conduct conflict checks
- Preparing sales packs; emailing managing agents and dealing with enquiries

An understanding on conveyancing / residential property law would be an advantage however full training will be provided.
