We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Care co-Ordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care company.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Liaising with the Care Quality Commission in accordance with the requirements of Care Standards.
–Compiling care rotas for staff and service users.
–Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
–Supporting the Branch Manager in the recruitment and selection of domiciliary care staff.
–Supporting the Branch Manager in the production of business plans.
–Ensuring that all of the staff are trained to the standards required.
– NVQ Level 3 in Health and social care or equivalent
– Prior experience of working in a care setting.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their own workload.
–Strong administration skills.
A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
