I am recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join my client at their domiciliary care office in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with; a competitive basic salary (rising once successfully completed probation period), excellent working conditions and excellent opportunities to progress in the future.
*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role
Your role will focus around relationship building with both care staff and the people they support, ensuring that the highest level of care is provided at all times. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too;
– Prepare carer schedules, arranging sickness and holiday cover as required
– Take on new referrals
– Liaise with external professionals to include; social workers, GP’s, district nurses etc.
– Ensure all administration is accurate and kept up to date
– Previous experience of working within an office environment
– Naturally organised
– PC literate
Experience of working within social care is not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
I would be keen to hear from people who have had exposure to some form of coordinating or scheduling, regardless of the sector.
