Care Coordinator

Location: Greater Manchester, Bolton

Salary: £16500 to £17000 plus benefits

The Role;

You as a Care Coordinator will be working within a Home Care Service based in Bolton, managing the rotas of care giving hours to customers receiving private care withint thier own homes, you will manage rota database, using a Cold Harbor database so knwoledge of this would be a benefit. You will also provide support to manager recruiting all care staff and updating training needs and conducting care if needs be.

This is a full time permanent role where you will be working 9am til 5pm and over time is available if needed.

This company are a private run business that strives on providing excellence of care to service users in the community for vulnerable adults and palliative care. You must have a driving licence, a clean DBS and also hold a NVQ level 3 in health and social care and have been in a similar role previously.
