Salary: £18500 plus benefits
Your role as a Care Coordinator will be to work along side other coordinators and the manager in smooth running of the home care service provider.
. Recruitment of care staff
. Management and training of staff
. Ensuring carers are completing all shifts
. Allocating shifts
. Updating rotas
. Conducting spot checks and completing care plans.
This is a full time permanent role. Working hours 9 to 5pm but will you will need to be flexible if care is required.
You will mainly be office based but will conduct care out in the community when and if necessary.
You must have previous experience of working within a care coordinator role, hold a NVQ level 2 or 3 or above in Care and also have a full clean driving licence.
