Care Coordinator needed for an established domiciliary agency in Fareham. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications up to £22K plus £150 extra for on call duties (One weekend in every 8).
The Role;
As the Care Coordinator you will
- Be responsible for a team of support staff who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended.
- Be responsible in organising the rotas by matching support workers with clients.
- Make sure that the online system is regularly updated.
- Participate in on-call, one evening every 8 days and one weekend every 7 weeks
The Person;
To be considered for the Care Coordinator role, you will need;
- Previous scheduling experience
- Computer literacy skills
- Clear communication skills
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
