You will be primarily responsible for coordinating the arrangement of Care And Support for service users within their own homes.
Based in the company’s Preston office, you’ll report to the Business Development Manager and will be tasked with the following:
– Arranging rota’s and communicating with care staff
– Quickly resolving issues including sickness
– Communicating any changes to service users to relevant carers
– Ensuring the computerised systems are all up-to-date
– Ensuring staff are appropriately trained for the care they are providing

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got experience of working as a Care Coordinator. They’ll also need you to have experience of domiciliary care.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Good PC skills
– Effective communication skills
– Good organisation and logistic skills
We need you to be hard working, calm under pressure and a natural problem solver.

What can I earn?
This Care Coordinator position offers a basic salary between £20,000 – £23,000 per annum depending on experience. You also have the ability to earn overtime in this role.
In addition you’ll get other benefits which include 28 days holiday and pension.

Is there anything else I should know?
In this position you’ll be required to work every alternate Saturday morning and every alternate Friday night (both on-call).
