We’re looking for a talented Care Coordinator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor within a domiciliary care company.

Please note: In this position you’ll be needed to work some weekends and occasionally cover on-call in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:
– Ensuring the rota’s are running effectively
– Speaking to care professionals and families
For this Care Coordinator role you will have relevant experience of working as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor within a domiciliary care company.
In addition, you’ll need a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– A natural communicator
Basic salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum
Benefits: 28 days holiday and pension
