We’re looking for a talented Care Coordinator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of coordinating care hours in a domiciliary setting.

Please note: In this position you’ll be needed to work on-call one weekend in four. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
Reporting to the Registered Manager and based in the company’s East London office, as the Care Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for coordinating 1000 hours of care in an expanding service.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Scheduling and managing rota
- Dealing with staff queries or issues
- Upholding standards of the service, ensuring they are adhered to by the care staff
The standard working hours for this position are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate for this Care Coordinator role will have relevant experience of managing rotas. You’ll also need experience of leading other carers in a domiciliary setting.
In addition, you’ll need an NVQ level 2 minimum in Health and Social Care.

Basic salary: £20,000 – £24,000 per annum
28 days paid holiday
Overtime: You’ll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role
