You will be primarily responsible for scheduling 1000 hours of care across Northampton.

Based in the company’s Northampton office, you’ll report to the Deputy Manager and will be tasked with the following:

  • Ensuring the rota is accurate
  • Dealing with any issues as and when they occur
  • Updating the system
  • Client assessment
  • Helping with recruitment

    The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 + on-call 1 week in 2.
    What experience do I need?
    My client wants someone who’s got a background in domiciliary care.

    They’ll also need you to have experience of working as a Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator or scheduler.

    You’ll also need to be the following:

  • Driven and ambitious

    What can I earn?
    This Care Coordinator position offers a basic salary between £23,000 – £25,000 per annum.

    In addition you’ll get other benefits which include the following:
