My client is looking for a Care Coordinator to join their established domiciliary service based in Westcliff on Sea. Salary up to £26K, plus on call allowance.
They are a privately owned branch with Outstanding CQC. The branch provides care to people within their own homes, enabling them to remain as independent as possible. You will be joining a dedicated and passionate branch who also provide excellent progression and training opportunities.
They are ideally looking for an experienced Care Coordinator, who could step into a Team Leader role, being a point of contact and support for the 3 other Care Coordinators in the team.
The Role:
As the Care Coordinator you will:
- Be responsible in organising the rotas by matching support workers with clients.
- Make sure that the online system is regularly updated.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Participate in on call.
The Person:
To be considered for the Care Coordinator role, you will need:
- Experience as a Care Coordinator within domiciliary care for a minimum of 3 years
- NVQ / QCF level 3 Health and Social Care as a minimum
- Clear communication skills
