£18,000 + Incentives
37.5 hours over 7day rota (role will include some evenings per week)
This established domiciliary care agency is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator for their busy domiciliary care office in Liverpool. This post offers a competitive salary and additional benefits such as 25 days holiday in addition to bank holiday.
The Care Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day to day service provision to the service users. Duties will include producing rota’s for the care workers, providing them with instructions, working closely with the admin department and inform them of any changes made to service users care packages.
The ideal candidate for the Care Co-ordinator role would be someone with experience as either a Care Co-ordinator or Field Care Supervisor who works well under pressure and is natural organiser. You will have good PC skills, the ability to communicate effectively with carers over the phone and also the ability to effectively sort out problems and issues when they arise.
