A well established family run care company are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to ‘join the family’.
The role is for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a medium sized residential care home for older people in Windsor. You will be given autonomy to run the home and bring in new innovations. You will be confident in your abilities to manage the home as a business, whilst ensuring that the residents needs and wishes are met. You will be a strong leader who will lead by example and have excellent people skills in order to manage the staff team effectively.
This is a family run business who have a long established staff team. A friendly atmosphere for both the residents and the staff team is important to company director who describes them as a company ‘who really care’.
The successful candidate for the Registered Manager role will be confident in their ability to run a successful business and efficient:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience of managing a similar service.
- Have experience of working in line with CQC requirements.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- A Nursing qualification and live pin is desirable but not essential.
