Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 negotiable dependent on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join a reputable company supporting adults with learning disabilities.
The position:
The role will be to manage a residential and supported living service for adults with autistic spectrum disorder, Asperger syndrome and associated complex needs.
There are many duties involved in the role of Care Manager including:
- Management of the care team
- Overseeing the running of the service
- Review of care and support plans
- Supporting service users to live independently
- Staff Rotas and Staff Management and Appraisals
- Networking with outside organisations
- Spot checks
- Budget and forecasting
The person:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Care Manager with experience of working with service users with autism and/ or learning disabilities. You will have experience of leading a team ideally in a residential/supported living setting and hold a relevant Learning Disabilities qualification. You will also hold an NVQ/Level 4/5 RMA or equivalent . A full driving licence is essential for this role.
