We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domiciliary Care Manager with experience of working within the Homecare sector to manage a growing service in the Basildon area.
You will efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to Clients.
Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff is clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
-Be responsible for the development of your branch, the service, branch staff and carers out in the field.
-Promote the highest standards of care and service – ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business.
-Drive business forward to achieve/exceed KPI’s and targets
-Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authority, customers and their families
-Seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with business critical individuals and identify business development opportunities and networks.
-Take accountability for branch and carer compliance ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained.
-Implement the Helping Hands complaints procedure and handle complaints effectively against policy.
-Be responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff
– We are looking for someone who has NVQ/QCF Level 3/4/5, RMA or equivalent
– Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice
– Excellent time- keeper and Professional, smart appearance, Reliable
– Great Team Player.
– Full UK Driving Licence
