I’m looking for a Care Manager to join a growing domiciliary care agency in the Leek area. This will be great opportunity for an Experienced Care Manager or Deputy Manager who wants a role where they’ll progress to Registered Manger in the future. As the Care Manager you’ll work with the Manager and director to ensure a high quality care provision is delivered.
As the Care Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring that high quality care is delivered by all staff. This is a client facing role and you’ll visit customers in their own homes to carry out initial assessment s, risk assessments care reviews and service reviews.
You’ll assist with the recruitment of care staff, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and appropriately qualified.
You’ll check the rota and ensure that cares and clients are well matched. You’ll assist the schedulers with the rota’s when needed.
You’ll liase with other health care professionals and clients families to ensure that care packages are working for the individuals.
You’ll work with the Registered Manager to make sure that CQC standards are being met at all times.
We’re looking for an experienced deputy manager or care manager who’s worked in domiciliary care and who’s keen for future progression.
You’ll need to demonstrate and excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
