We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager within Learning Disabilities to join a highly successful and ambitious elite care provider based in the Leamington Spa.
This is a challenging but rewarding role requires an individual who will strive to deliver the highest quality of care and support to the people we support whilst complying with all of the role requirements.
As Care Manager you will be managing the full operations of the home including:
• Responsible for all staff – to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
• Ensure all staff receive supervision and appraisals
• Actively participate in the growth and development of the business
• Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff team
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities

The provision itself provides clients with a home of their own within the community alongside a tailor made package to support them to gain the daily living skills required to live independently. They have built up the staff team around person centred approach with the main objective is to ensure that the service user lives as normal life as possible.
You will be an experienced Care Manager within a Learning Disability / Mental Health background. You will hold a social care management qualification and have a full understanding of the CQC regulations. You will preferably have learning disability qualification or have a strong background working within a Learning Disability setting.
