Domiciliary Care Company
Salary: up to £27,000 to £30,000 (negotiable on experience)
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced domiciliary care manager to develop an established provision based in Winchester.
This is an established service with a solid team in place delivering a reasonable number of care hours throughout Winchester. We need a dedicated manager with a strong domiciliary care background, who can manage a dedicated staff team and assist with developing the service. Your main objective is to ensure that the care staffs are delivering excellent care to the service users and the service remains on excellent terms with CQC / Local Authorities.
There are many duties that come under title of Domiciliary Care Manager including:
- Responsible for all staff – to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
- Ensure all staff receive supervision and appraisals
- Actively participate in the growth and development of the business
- Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff team
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities
You will be an experienced manager within the social care sector; you must come from a domiciliary back ground with history of performing within a similar role. You will preferably hold relevant management qualification within care (RMA/LMCS) or have a strong management background within domiciliary care
