We’re looking for a talented Care Operations Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing or supervising people within a care home service.

Please note: In this position you’ll occasionally be required to work on-call in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director and based in the company’s Ashford office, as the Care Operations Manager you will be primarily responsible for support the care management team through coordinating central operations and ensuring all processes are compliant and effective.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Overseeing the out-of-hours on-call rota
– Managing and motivating Team Members
– Managing the care admin assistant
– Managing the admin of local authority contracts, Care Quality Commission registrations
– Providing PA support to the Head of Care
The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 + some on-call hours.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Care Operations Manager role will have relevant experience of managing or supervising people within a care home service.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– A NVQ level 5 in care
– A clean DBS
– Strong communication skills
– Good organisational and administrative skills
