Their care visits are for a minimum of an hour, allowing carer workers to provide a person centred care provision.
The role is based in the community based with 24/7 support for staff and clients, you will be providing support and care and support to people of all ages with varied health conditions and disabilities, including dementia care, cancer and palliative support. You will not need previous experience as full training is provided.
Our fully trained staff team support people with care needs to remain at home and independent with:
- Personal care including help with bathing
- Assistance with medication
- Help with preparing food and eating
- Shopping and outings
- Escorting to appointments
- Promoting independence
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
