Channel Strategy Partner
Based in Stowmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience
A leading multinational engineering and electronics company are currently looking to recruit an accomplished Channel Strategy Partner at their Stowmarket site in Suffolk. Working in close partnership with the Country Sales Organisations, you would play a pivotal role in helping grow business across key European sales regions.
You will be expected to maximise the growth potential in the countries you are responsible for by managing turnover and profit, developing strategic growth and marketing plans with clear targets for all channels of distribution. You will be expected to analyse customers by product segment, turnover and profit and devise appropriate actions plans, finalising price lists, listings and special offers, and forecasting monthly sales and profit figures.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced in-country brand or sales management professional with a background growing brands and revenue within large multinational organisations. A demonstrable track-record in targeting new business and proposal project management is required, while a Business degree would also be highly desirable.
You will be a confident and driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills along with exceptional analysis, organisational and project management skills. You will combine a flexible approach with the ability to prioritise accordingly, and must be able to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Fluency in other languages would also be an advantage.
