As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit an experienced senior level Clinician. We are looking for an experienced individual to help us further establish our clinical offering across both advisory and audit services to our clients so that we can respond positively to current and expected requirements.
Our Consulting arm advises hundreds of organisations across the UK, providing strategic consultative solutions for improved performance and business turnaround. One of the largest sectors is Health and within that we provide both Audit and Advisory services to clients. The need for clinical advice and oversight is paramount in the work, therefore we are looking for a credible senior level Clinician to help establish and develop the clinical offering in order that client requirements can be handled positively and accurately and in compliance with regulations.
You would be tasked with leading and managing complex assignments, training non-clinical staff in basic understanding of clinical practices, controls, assurances and risks, assisting with business development, and acting as the internal expert on all clinical matters within the firm.
The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate experience in some, if not all, of the following:
o Senior level clinical position having personally driven changes in clinical practice safely and effectively
o Clinical governance roles, improving clinical performance and governance
o Regulatory experience in assessing clinical practice
o A clinical consultancy role which has delivered demonstrable change and improvements for clients
You will have a strong academic and/or research background with a current clinical qualification, plus experience of leading, teaching and training staff. You will be a self-starter and capable of growing the clinical offering from its existing base into an established service that the market recognises and wants.
Regular travel across the UK will form part of your remit, so a full UK driving licence and car will be required.
