We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Compliance Manager to lead in this new national role supporting the development of services for elderly people.
-Monitor new managers and locations and complete the required CQC registrations.
-Support managers who have not been previously registered to be ready for their Fit Person
-Support managers to complete their Provider Information Requests to the highest standards.
-Work with Area Managers at the request of the Ops Director to support individual developments
prior to an inspection.
-Develop a framework to enable developments to evidence meeting regulatory requirements.
-Monitor the completion of the Care Certificate by new staff.
-Work with Managers towards achieving an Outstanding rating.
-Work with managers in Scotland to assist meeting the Scottish Care Inspectorate’s regulatory
-Work with managers in Wales to assist meeting the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales’
-Monitor instances of Safeguarding and provide monthly reports for the Ops Committee.
-Liaise with Health and Safety team with regards Homeowner accidents and incidents to ensure we
learn from events.
-Undertake any other duties that support the company with care compliance.
You will be experienced working with older people and have the following skills / attributes:
– an NVQ Level 4/5 RMA or equivalent in Health and Social Care
– a passion for wanting to continually improve the level of service and maintain this.
– Dedicated to the care of the elderly
– Full Clean UK Driving Licence and own transport is essential.
– Must be extremely flexible with availability to work weekends
– Must be available to travel to other developments,sometimes at short notice
38.75 Hours Per Week
Annual Salary £34,000
