A specialist debt recovery agency, owned by one of the UK’s largest and foremost law firms, is currently looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Analyst at their Manchester HQ. The Role
This is an exciting new role, pivotal in helping shape the future landscape of the business through identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Responsibilities will include…
o Developing business processes using analytical tools to support and improve decision making
o Identifying opportunities for fresh MI approaches, automation of processes and support mechanisms
o Mapping processes and run comparisons to ensure continuity and standardization
o Maintaining controls to minimize risk within the regulatory compliance framework
o Consulting key stakeholders to define need, challenging assumptions and recommending solutions

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will be degree educated and must have proven experience identifying and delivering improvements across large and small change initiative, ideally within a regulated environment; Financial or Legal Services preferred. You must be Lean accredited with demonstrable experience of Lean tools, with a continuous improvement methodology.

You will be will have experience building and managing effective relationships at all levels, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be a flexible and analytical individual with strong project management and delivery skills, plus the ability perform consistently at a high level and under pressure.
