Job Title: Contract IT Business Analyst (Outside IR35)
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire (Working from home)
Day Rate: £400 to £425
Duration: 3 months
The business analyst of a remote based team with clearly defined responsibilities for defining detailed business requirements & outcomes that can be translated into end-to-end IT system solutions.
You will work on two key manufacturing and production software systems upgrade / implementations as well as smaller projects encompassing: Procurement Technology, Return to Office, Technical Change, Workflow Automation, Production planning Programmes.
The role will be predominately remotely from home with the potential of an occasional office-based meeting, so we are looking for someone based within a couple of hours drive of Kettering.
Requirements:
- A strong technology background with Business Analysis expertise in a complex manufacturing environment (CPG/FMCG)
- Data analysis, communication, attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to translate technical terminology into easy to understand language.
- Ability to manage customers’ expectations clearly and fairly
- Experience of quickly understanding IT solutions analysis in a complex environment, working with multiple teams; stakeholders and technologies
- Proven experience of end to end process maps and ability to educate business stakeholders.
- Proven involvement with large projects to translate business requirements into solution designs, and understand the business context
- Strong presentation skills to senior stakeholders where required
