One of the UK’s largest construction and maintenance companies is looking for an experienced contact Software Support Analyst to support their PDA based workforce management solution for a period of six months based in their offices in Walsall.
Your role will be to provide IT support to their operatives who will be using their workflow software called Impact Response as well as support the databases that the software sits on which are SQL Server and MySQL.
Their mobile maintenance technicians all have Android based PDA devices that allow them to track the jobs they are assigned all managed by a centralised workflow management system that you will also support.
The role will be split between the Birmingham office with occasional visits to other offices so a driving licence and your own transport will be a must for this position.
Key Experience Required
You will be an experienced 2nd line application support analyst with experience of supporting mobile devices such as Android.
Any experience of working either in the construction or social housing sector would also be welcomed but is not required.
As some limited travel is a requirement of the role you will need to have a full driving license and transport.
