We’re looking for a talented Contracts Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with a demonstrable background in managing small scale civils projects.

The Contracts Manager role is field-based – covering the M4 corridor. You will be primarily responsible for planning and delivering small scale civils project that support wider ‘fit out’ or new build projects for consumer goods manufacturing firms.
For example – a new drinks manufacturing line is being installed and the project requires a new access road or car park – you will manage that part of the project from start to finish.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Taking full P&L responsibility for this side of the business (you will run it almost liker a ‘mini MD’
– Managing the subcontract labour
– Liaising with the client
The ideal person for this Contracts Manager role will have a relevant background in managing small scale civils projects.
You’ll also need experience of working in ‘live site’ environments and P&L management.

Basic salary: circa £65,000 per annum + car or allowance and the usual benefits at this level.
