£40,000 + Bonus + Car
This Large established Aluminium and UPVC Doors and Windows Manufacturer/Installation organisation seek a Contracts Manager to work from home covering the M4/M40 Corridor and South East Projects.
The Contracts Manager will oversee and control the management of commercial projects up to £500,000 in value.
This is a demanding and busy role, working in the commercial supply and install business throughout the South East from home.
You will report to the General Manager of the region and will be required to travel to head office in Oxfordshire at least once a week.
The successful applicant must have a proven track record in a similar role as a Contracts Manager.
The role would suit an experienced Contracts Manage or Installations Manager with experience of commercial contracts working with Main Contractors.
The ideal person would have Aluminium experience and have experience running lots of small contracts or large projects.
Established for over 38 years, they design, manufacture and install high quality aluminium and UPVC Doors and windows, as well as curtain walling and canopies, for commercial clients which include schools, colleges and hospitals and offices.
