Contracts Manager (Interiors)
£40,000 Car/Allowance, Laptop plus bonus
As a result of recent expansion, an established interiors company seeks to recruit a permanent Contracts Manager to manage projects UK wide.
Your role as a Contracts Manager sees you tasked with looking after a range of sites and managing both the relevant Site Managers and the sub-contract trades of curtain walling, mezzanine floor, dry lining, joinery, decorating and M&E.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the projects from start to completion ensuing each one is completed on time and within budget.
Your remit will include managing the build programmes, as well as ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
The project portfolio includes both commercial and retail fit out as well as refurbishment on MOD and Ministry of justice property and ranges from £1 million to £3.5 million in value.
The successful Contracts Manager will have experience in a fast track refurbishment contracts management role – ideally from within the interiors construction sector, although consideration will be given to those from other areas of the refurbishment and construction market.
You must be a time served Contracts Manager or Project Manager with a CSCS card, SMSTS and driving license.
