This established fit-out and flooring organisation seeks a Contracts Manager to work from their London division in Hayes.

The Role:
The Contracts Manager will oversee and control the management of fit-out flooring projects across London and the South East of England. Projects include the supply and installation of new raised access floor systems. These are in the fast-track office fit-out market working on behalf of main contractors.
This is a demanding and busy role, working in the commercial supply and install business from their Hayes base reporting to the Director of the region.

Procurement and delivery of material orders
Sourcing labour
Preparation of site documentation and plans
Overseeing installation of all products
Snag-free installation and on-time completion to the clients requirements.
Ensuring a safe working environment for all staff

The Candidate:
The successful applicant must have a proven track record in a similar role as a Contracts Manager managing multiple projects.

The role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager or Installations Manager with experience of commercial contracts working with Main Contractors on interior fit-out or flooring projects.

Qualifications required are NEBOSH,SMSTS and a relevant construction qualification

The Company:
They undertake the supply and installation of new raised access floor systems throughout the UK as well as refurbishing all access flooring and computer floors. This is regardless of their age and condition. The organisation works in the fast-track office fit-out market on behalf of Principal Contractors
