A truly fantastic and recognised educational leader based in Birmingham are recruiting. It’s an exciting time to join as they continue their journey of growth and success. We are looking for a Course Sales Advisor to join a dedicated and friendly team. You will be responsible for selling a range of courses to potential students, guiding them through their career choices and options, following up enquires with calls and emails.

We are looking for an excellent and enthusiastic sales advisor who is motivated and driven to achieve results. Ideally you will have a natural sales flair, experience in an outbound sales / call centre role ideally phone based, outstanding customer service experience and excellent communication skills as you will be in contact with students’ day in day out. If you have experience in the education sector selling courses / training solutions (this would be a huge bonus!)

The Role:

  • Selling a range of educational courses to potential students
  • Follow up enquires with students who have enquired about the course
  • Offer career and course advice and guidance and an excellent service to students
  • Responsible for enrolling students onto their chosen course
  • Make outbound calls to students
  • Achieve set KPI’s and targets
  • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service throughout

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of working in a call focused sales advisor outbound call environment
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Proven track record in achieving set targets
  • Knowledge in the careers, education sector would be highly desirable
  • Natural sales flair
  • Have a passion for learning and developing in a collaborative environment
  • Previous telesales inbound and outbound experience is ideal but
  • Be target orientated and self-motivated
  • Experience of and comfortable working towards KPI`s
  • Stable work history, be able to explain reasons for leaving previous positions
