I have a fabulous and rare opportunity for an experienced Crisis/ Recovery Manager to join a national organisation at one of their nursing homes in the Cardiff area. The position is a full time role with a salary up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

The position:
The role is based in a large purpose built home that provides residential and dementia care to older adults with dementia care needs. The home is facing various challenges and therefore requires a strong and experienced Crisis Manager to turn the home around. It is envisaged that this will be an 18 month to 2 year project.

The person:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Crisis/ Recovery Manager with considerable experience of working within elderly care. You will have excellent knowledge of the CSSIW policies and procedures and be willing to become registered with them. You must be happy to take on a challenging role and be committed to see the contract through to completion.
