You will be tasked with acting as the key point of contact for customers, some in financial difficulty, resolving a wide range of queries over phone and by email.
Based in the company’s Stratford-upon-Avon office, you’ll report to the Floor Manager and will be responsible for interacting with customers in an empathetic and professional manner.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got experience of Contact Centre environments, ideally in finance.
They’ll also need you to have experience of :
– Ensuring customers receive the best possible experience whilst delivering effective solutions to the challenges they face
– Meeting compliance and regulatory standards, working towards achieving monthly targets
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– The ability to handle challenging situations effectively
– Strong IT skills

What can I earn?
This Customer Account Manager position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £20,000 per annum for the perfect candidate.
