We’re looking for a Customer Care Advisor to work for our client, the UK’s leading and best-known food on the go retailer. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based at their Newcastle head office.
This role will suit someone with drive, determination and commitment to get things done. You will have excellent communications skills, a high level of self-motivation, plus the ability to work to own initiative and a hands-on attitude.

The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a small Customer Care team. The role involves responding to customers publicly and privately on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well as to customers who make contact via email and over the phone. Customer feedback is used to continually improve customer experience and this role is a key part of that. You would also be the first point of contact for customers that use the Rewards app, helping to support them through any issues in the first instance before passing through to the App Developers for further investigation.
The Customer Care team are available for customer contact via phone, email, social plus through the website between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Saturday-Sunday, therefore it’s important that you’re available to work within these hours. The frequency of weekends will typically be between 1 in 3 or 4 weekends.

The Candidate
We want to see confident and articulate individuals with experience working within Contact Centre / Customer Service environments. You’ll have a passion for ensuring customers receive the best possible experience whilst delivering effective solutions to challenges.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following…
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– The ability to handle challenging situations effectively
– Strong IT skills

Basic salary: £18,881 per annum (pro rata) for the ideal candidate
