As a result of recent expansion, a highly successful housebuilder seeks to recruit a Customer Care Manager to run the customer service department in Chesterfield.
Your role as a Customer Care Manager sees you being responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving maintenance issues for housing developments across the Midlands area.
Duties to include:
You will lease with contractors, site teams and managers to ensure any defects are rectified.
You be responsible for ensuring customer service administration and IT systems are utilised
You will manage and resolve service requests and maintain subcontractors performance and quality.
You will ensure remedial works are completed in accordance with NHBC guidelines.
You will be responsible for visits and inspections to properties and arrange weekly internal meetings with staff to resolve any issues.
You will ensure cost control is monitored for any works carried out and report on a monthly basis to reduce further maintenance costs.
You will also carry out new home tours and handovers where necessary.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Customer Care Manager or similar role from within the housebuilding sector.
You will have experience working for a residential developer looking after the customer care of quality housebuilding projects.
You will come from a customer care or construction trades background and will have relevant construction qualifications.
